Hey Dancers! Coming up Sunday, June 3rd is a ADVANCED HIP HOP WORKSHOP with MIKE CAMERON! You don't want to miss it! It's happening from 5:30-7:00pm and costs only $15!!! Born to dance, Michael John began his formal training at the age of 3. Formally trained inTap, Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Ballet and Hip Hop he has had a strong presence in the dance industry: Winning the World Championships in Germany for both his Tap and Jazz solos. Michael extended his training and acquired extensive Hip Hop classes to make him the unique dancer he is today. In 2011 His Vancouver based Crew-The Faculty won the Artist Emerge Hip Hop Crew Competition. Michael is also a member of the TheVeteranz a crew comprised of members from Paris, Netherlands, Greece and U.S.A. A true triple threat, Michael has appeared in many movies, commercials, stage plays and television series, the most recent being his recurring role on the C.W Network- Hellcats. He is pursuing his singing as well and In 2011 Michael was cast in the Cirque du Soleil’s “Michael Jackson – Immortal World Tour and is one of only 2 Canadians in the cast. Assisting with choreography, mentoring new dancers, and now being awarded an additional role, Michael is living his dream. As a young performer, dancer and choreographer, Michael is emerging as one of the up and coming members of the dance community. “ I get to do what I love each and everyday I am truly thankful and very blessed.” Check it out!
The OIP Xperience is a brand new dance convention that brings the faculty of OIP to your studio. Experience Toronto-style choreography right in your own building, with some of Toronto’s best! Our staff are some of the most talented choreographers in Canada and we want to share them with you. Any time, any style, we will come to you!
We offer classes in any style including Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary, Jazz Funk, Popping, Breaking and House, and at any level: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

OIP Dance Centre is holding its 6th annual Summer Dance Intensive 2012 for dancers 9 years and up. We had some fantastic dancers come through our doors this summer and would love to see new and familiar faces to be a part of the experience once again! If you’re a hard working and driven dancer looking to broaden your training and styles this summer than we’d love to have you! This year we will be offering 3 WEEKS!! Come for one, two… or even all three! Each week will be different! This year we prepared something special for you! Our teachers’ team will include Canada’s BEST Choreographers including SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA stars! Dont miss this unique opportunity to be a part of the famous show!!! Classes will include Hip Hop, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Tap, House & Breaking!!! OIP Dance Centre is holding its 7th annual Summer Dance Intensive 2012 for dancers 9 years and up. This year we prepared something special for you! Our teachers’ team will include Canada’s BEST Choreographers including SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE CANADA stars! This year our specialty classes will include: Breaking, Popping, Musical Theatre, Tap, and House. We have scheduled the classes in a way that the dancer has the choice to train in street-geared dance for almost the entire day if he/she desires. I.e.: Week 1: Level 1 hip-hop, Level 2 hip-hop, breaking, and house. They also have choice to train in the technical classes that day if he/she desires. I.e.: Week 1: level 2 jazz, level 1 jazz and musical theatre. Dancers can also choose to make their own mix of styles. Some classes are open levels like musical theatre, breaking and the reggae classes. Those classes welcome beginners to advanced dancers. *Students are welcome to switch back and forth between levels throughout the day. Please keep in mind that classes will be progressive and students will be performing at the end of the week, so it is recommended that you stay in the same level of each class for the entire week.
